Racine in the lake 5k race. 9:00 am start and it was getting hot, humid and there were two big hills. So 3 H's hot, hilly and humid, good thing the 4th H was not there Hungover -:)

Since a storm was approaching last night, Brian asked if I would pick up the flags today from the course last night. Thought I would bring my dog and go, it but way too hot and humid. Water was cooler for a swim after.

My buddies wed night trail run at KD park in kenosha county. Only a handful of folks and I was leading it out and got tripped up by a cut tree root. Got up and kept running, but for two days after my neck is sore. Nice warm lake to swim in after.
