Eastern Canadian Long champs. Very flat, wet and wooded area. Took the long way around to 4, after really messing up 3 by over shooting to the south.
There were these open areas on the map at the end that had flat rock all over that was not mapped as gray. Sorta ran pretty bad today.

IT band has been a problem since last week. I have had issues in my past with this. I just an easy ride to check how it feels. Backed off going 50 today because of it. Well not to bad, kinda hurts on and off and trying to figure out why. Been doing all kinds of therapie, ice, massage, hot tub, rub on stuff stim stuff. Will just have to see how this plays out.
