Felt way better today and no issues on the course or anywhere. Yesterday GT Horne by 4 1/2 min today I got him by 20 seconds. Just can't seperate from him in the standings again.

Day 1 Letchworth st Park.
It was a pretty long day for me as for others as well. Screwed up the first one that you started by going up up and up to get. Then off the wrong spur at three. The rest was very physical and thick in places. Still bad route choice to 11 and 13. The climbs were exhausting today and I had to stop numerous times. I do believe I was in Afib for the whole run.

Stopped south of Cleveland and ran the North American day 1 controls 1-15 at Cuyahogua national park. Good map reading for a rusty mind. Felt good physically.

Tuesday Sep 12 #

Mt. Biking 1:35:00 [3] 15.5 mi (6:08 / mi)

Back to Island State Park to ride again. Did both yellow and blue trails.
Great trails, not to technical, lots of chances to pick up speed then get rough.
Nice time with college buddies.

Monday Sep 11 #

Mt. Biking 1:01:00 [3] 9.5 mi (6:25 / mi)

Ride at Island lake st park in Michigan. The ride was not that technical so it was perfect.
