Waterfall Glen...the woods here are always thick. Add an AR racer as Course setter and overgrown woods and you get a lot of DNF’s including me. The map sucked as no trails large or small could be found. The woods sucked as mentioned earlier but thought I’d mention it again.
After 90 minutes in the heat, I decided enough is enough and bagged it in.
I was in some thick with lots of my friend buckthorn that I will avenge on my buckthorn at home.

Lapham Peak Colorama Race. The first hill put me in oxygen debt and seemed to stay with me for the whole race. Still first in age group and any age group above me.

Nordic Track 30:00 [3]

Bought a Nordic Track for $20 because I want to work out my shoulder and sore calf’s. Seemed fine and a decent workout. Yes Chi town a NORDIC TRACK!!
