Worst run ever. Went to Bristol Woods and it was hit and humid. My HR was high and I had to keep stopping and ended up just hiking. Must of been hung over from the night before where I stayed out by the fire till midnight after the my wife slipped and let Stella off the leash. She ran wild for a half hour. I was pretty confident she would come home eventually. Which she did.
It was time to celebrate ha ha.

10k trail race st Big Foot St Park in Lake Geneva Wi

Had a 5 k option but elected to do the 10k even though it was 2 loops.
It was for a good cause Children’s Cancer so I had no problem paying the 38 dollar registration fee. But damn the only shit was XL and no goody bag, food was for sale, though they did have bananas and lots of grass trails to run on.
Looked like I was 2 nd in my age group and the music did nothing for me. So overall a decent training workout. That’s what I went for!!
