40th Annual SNOW Run. Held at the old Lake Geneva Playboy club from whenever.
Best after party you have ever seen!! Hotel rooms are advertised, but I only live 30 minutes away and I had a Driver so I could drink with some old friends for a while.
Since I really haven’t run much lately and skied 90 min yesterday I was hoping to run sub 8’s
Had a blast watching all the crazy dance contests.
The weather was an all time warm for 40 tears of this race. Shorts and t shirt would of worked in the 51 degree day.

43 degrees and skied lots of loops today. The conditions started getting slow in the sunny areas or should I say that the glide was much better in the little amount of shady areas.
Ran into Clark’s favorite female Finn besides his wife of course. She was putting in the K’s. She took a selfie of us to send to Chi town and hope he forwards it to me.

Went to the YMCA and started my free membership as part of the Silver Sneakers program through my new health insurance.
8 laps to the mile on a hard surface.
Lots of old folks walking and using machines. Looks like a nice pool and they have sauna, whirlpool and a Steam bath!!
They also have a 1/2 mile blacktop surface around the grounds. That could be interesting some day.
Not to motivated either today.

But then I went in and sure enough I had my enemy.
