Went to Parkside to check out my grooming job. Not so good as it was warm and almost slushy. I was hoping to pack it down and it freeze up.
The turns got washed out a bit and lots of unevenness. My skis were also really slow.

Lapham Peak mike loop. Was icey everywhere but the loop as nice sugar snow. Lots of people out skiing. I took I easy as I was just released from the icu unit yesterday. Heart rate averaged about 135 for the session.

Well, after my botched race Wednesday night, Thursday am my wife and I went out to Oanara for breakfast, before that I took my Afib pills. I must of been dehydrated and I passed out in the resturtant. My wife called 911. My BP was really low so they took me into ER. I spent the night there.
Anyway this workout was my stress test, ha ha.

Started the Wednesday race ok but on the 2nd lap of three, I blew up or something and had to slow down and get passed a lot till the very end I kicked it in. Disappointed again, not sure if it was Afib yet or not.
