Great uphill hike Piestewa Peak or formerly named
Squaw Peak. It was all uphill. I’m going to do this more next week and maybe twice up and down for more workout.

Slow run at the South Mountain forest preserve. I’m sure it’s my first run in a long time.
In Arizona in a one way ticket to visit my dad in hospice. During Covid I can’t believe they are letting us in. But my My wife in Shahbazian vs Sunrise got us in.
