Run from our hotel to a beach, via the mountains. My legs felt super stiff from two days of strength so it was painful on the uphills! I couldn't run fast so I just tried to stay running at least and not walk. In the last 35 minutes it was downhill and flat so I picked up the pace quite a bit. Happy to get the average pace down to 6min/k considering the climb in the middle!
