NOL long in Canberra. Challenging long leg to #1. I think I picked the wrong route and also didn't execute it well + missed the control. After that I thought I ran well and had a lot of energy in the last butterfly.

Track session, 10 x 300 metres with 100 metres walking rest. With Nic, Macey, Tamara, and Josh as a coach. I felt much better than I thought I would! Did eight of them in 60 seconds, one in 61 and one in 62. 15 minutes warm up and 8 minutes warm down.
