The session was 6-3-3-3-3-6 with 2 minutes rest and an extra one minute in the middle. We ran on a super hilly loop which made it all really tough but it was enjoyable. Ran together with one other girl and some other guys. Died a little towards the end. Havent done longer interval in some time!

Orienteering long 1:27:31 [3]

Club training on a contours only map over Djävulsträsken. It was rainy and cold but somehow still really enjoyable and the terrain up here is great. Felt good running and I was surprised I managed to keep up with some people. My foot was strapped and there was no problem there, but took it a bit easy on the downhills.

When we got back to the cars there was a moose hunter standing there with a big gun on his back. Luckily for us it seemed like they weren't hunting where we ran. Still a bit scary.
