Sprint relay club champs in övik :) It was a mix between streets and forest on the map just outside the clubhouse where I've run a million times. Still managed to miss one control. Took ages to warm up my hands, they were like ice blocks in the beginning.

Sand dune/beach running in Mas Palomas. The sand dunes were great fun but always sooo tough for the legs! Came down to the beach after about 30 mins and could run a bit faster. Didn't chose the best time of the day... it was hot!

Run from our hotel to a beach, via the mountains. My legs felt super stiff from two days of strength so it was painful on the uphills! I couldn't run fast so I just tried to stay running at least and not walk. In the last 35 minutes it was downhill and flat so I picked up the pace quite a bit. Happy to get the average pace down to 6min/k considering the climb in the middle!
