Last bit of the John Bauer track in Jönköping/Huskvarna with Viktoria. It was a bit longer than we expected... My left knee (that sometimes hurts on longer runs) got really sore the last 3 km.

25 laps of Stockholm stadion's 400 meter skii track. This is a real mental challenge! Haha! But I didn't find it too bad. Listened to my music and got into my own flow with lots of other people around. I mainly stayed in the middle of three tracks and it was ok.
