Had to make the most of the weekend. My kneee started hurting so that was a bit disappointing.

Fjällrävenloppet! Long distance race in Ö-vik. 2 laps of a 21 km loop. Thought I was getting sick beforehand. But on the morning it felt ok and I decided to go for it! I was nervous and excited cause this felt very new and something I have never done before. And I survived! Without really knowing what to aim for, my goal was 3 hours. And I wasn't that far off, so I am happy. It was exhausting but I actually had lots of energy in the end so could have done another loop i think ;)

Lunch time spinning. Knee was a bit sore to walk on at times but didn't hurt at all to cycle.
