shoes: Saucony Grizzly Approach

After JK2015 meeting parked at top of Bigland and did normal loop over footpaths dropping down to Brow Edge, then climbing Haverthwaite Heights. Path on far side of deer gate badly overgrown with bramble - needs some "gardening". Once into Haverthwaite and Low Wood thought I might manage to beat 75mins but feeling sluggish throughout.
Need to attack loop more.
