Wainwrights walk. Parking at Buttermere, start by skirting Crummock Water & Scale Force to climb Gale Fell.
Then main ridge walk to Great Bourne to start, then Starling Dodd, Red Pike, High Stile, High Crag and drop to Scarth Gap pass. Climb Haystacks and around to Dubs Bottom and climb of Fleetwith Pike. Felt tired into 6th hour during this climb and descent of the nose not very fluid.
Final walk alongside Buttermere back to the car.
