Threlkeld Knotts - Green. Two dog-legs and 4 controls in a line.
Started at a brisk walk as back still very sore. Not much chance to run on long climb to top at #5 and then back seemed to ease and managed to run the contouring leg and the downhills.

Birkrigg - park at top, down to Sea Wood & back far side. Legs had some drive uphill in Sea Wood, and again up to Bardsea side, but died on the last climb up from the quarry. Some improvement - more work!
