Dales Weekend - Malham - Blue. Hard work underfoot on a warm day, despite the breeze. Made a mess of route-choice on first long leg. Would have been happy to finish after an hour - last 20minutes a real grind.

Flan Fell & the Hoad loop. Was well layered up with thermals but it seemed a very steady session - don't understand the hr readings unless cold still not cleared.
