Coming off Hoad left hip became really painful and stopped and walked from Tank O.

From sea wood around little Birkrigg. Drop to Bardsea, along shore to Baycliff and climb sunbrick lane.
Day sunny but cold - hat & gloves to start. Felt hip all the time.
