Kirkby Moor from Gawthwaite. Cold to start then gradually warmed.
Despite wearing long socks and two pairs bottoms left calf still not happy, but didn't actually let go.

Back over Out Park, Friars Ground and through windmills over Brunt Riggs.
Really slow last climb trying to keep going through the heather - descent ok back to car.

Opposite way around from my normal so headed across to Cartmel racecourse, then around to Howbarrow which is all climb. Across to caravans and then back.
Bit further than normal but left calf held up well.
