Jog to Walled Garden in Darnaway Estate.

SOL1 - Darnaway. First control not on hill, but on small spur so cautious into #2. Then avoided path run around two side of triangle on way to #3 and went direct - through brashed deep heather. Navigation ok but felt it in my legs and cost 2 mins. Trundled around rest of course okish - small miss at #5, routing error at #12 when Paul M went past & I stopped navigating for a couple of minutes.
Very tired at the end.

From Backbarrow down to Anglers Arms & then old road to Playdale. Back to Low Wood and then Trundle Brow to Brow Edge & back across river.
Legs felt dead until after Playdale when had to wade through flooded fields next to river Leven.
