Another clear sunny day at zero temp with a freezing north easterly breeze.
Parked at top of Gawthwaite. Gawthwaite Moor, Subberthwaite Common, Great Burney, Tumbler Hill, climb Lowick High Common, around Windmills & service tracks to Cocklakes & back to Gawthwaite High Quarry for final descent.
Left hamstrings sore but glutes not too bad.

Chilled run from Bardsea on way back from Barrow.
Shoreline to Baycliff, climbed Sunbrick Lane, around Little Birkrigg & down green lane to O'Donovan's.
Feeling ok for the most part - nice in the sunshine although very cold.

Kirby Moor. Frozen ground made surface ok but strong northerly breeze contributed to freezing temperatures. Felt like real jelly legs after 3 miles, around heather corner. Left leg sore - struggling to finish.
