Lindal Moor, Lindal, Candle Factory, footpaths & green lanes past tarn back to A590. More green lanes to Cowran, across to Whinfield & climb towards Carr Kettle. Drop back to Marton.

With Laura - started in Marton & headed south & west looping around towards Askham & Ireleth exploring new footpaths. Felt pretty terrible throughout. Some stiles needed pruning late on, but such low energy once drizzle descended on final climb.
Still have mouth ulcer :o(.
