Walk with Rachel. Gill Banks, over Flan, behind Hoad through The Fall to Newland Bottom & Newlands. Across to Next Ness and then footpaths to Canal Foot. Back via Outcast & along Rope Walk.
Bright sunny day. Right achilles very sore towards the end.

Out on the bike on sunny afternoon. Steady until col de Dendron and then pushing on. Later roads washed out with soil & debris from the hedgerows, plus two water splash in road dips after the recent rain. Felt ok.

Marton to Ireleth loop with Laura. Very wet & muddy after recent rain. Laura kept zigging around fields next to hedges whilst I went directly stile to stile. She ran nearly 2km more than me . . . very impressive.
Feeling right ITB near knee for last 10 mins.

Dalton O. Started raining as I started and fields muddy. Tarn fullest I have seen.
Good strong wind in my face during first half - HR substantially higher during first 30minutes until wind behind.
