Right foot didn't feel comfortable throughout.

Poor nights sleep. Another cold, blustery day, fields sodden in full rain gear & waterproof socks.
A590 Red Bridge, green lane, then fields to candle factory and into Lindal. Across to Lindal Moor & shuffle slowly to top into the wind. Past Laura's and onto road into Marton.

Met Hollie Orr & stopped to chat for 15mins.
