Kirby Moor for the first time in a while. Big cloud bank over Black Combe so started in rain top and leggings - weather gradually eased so too warm for last 20mins. With all of the rain this month then marshes were full as were dips in old slate road away from windmills.
Buzzed by half a dozen Lapwings along Gunson Heights, approaching Shooting House hill, where they must be nesting in the heather. Tried to increase pace but wasn't really noticeable.
Left hip/hamstrings achy without any pain.
6 PM

Note

Drove to Esthwaite Intake to support Carol McNeil in coaching session.

Tuesday May 25 #

Note

Digging stones in garden all day - builders back.

Monday May 24 #

Note

Dave Jackson. Then some gardening.
