Ran all the way up to start, then downhill not much fun, traverse & uphill better. Trouble finding a couple.

Then another hour across to Kettlehume Memorial Hall to meet up with NWJS - long day.

Dalton O loop in reverse. Legs wooden to start, little energy.
Wet, blustery rainy day. Fine with the wind at your back for first half but decidedly unpleasant coming back up Bolton Heads into the rain.
All of the gates, stiles & squeezes (all 36 crossing points) very wet & slick so very slow across them all.

Standard col de dendron loop. Some of the minor roads have had hedges recently trimmed and managed to pick up a blackthorn trim in my front tyre. Good news it stayed in until I reached home. Bad news it had punctured the tyre which deflated when I pulled the thorn out.

Kirby Moor. Nice mild day with some sun.
Started up Shooting House Hill so long drag, across Gunson Height to windmills. Gel after 50mins. Happy enough dropping into Friars Ground, but struggled up the fell to Out Park. Legs feeling very wooden & stiff calves towards the end - probably due to yesterdays road.

First time on the road in a while after being sat at the computer most of a drizzly day.
Down to Ropewalk & back around to Sports Centre. Felt brisk without being eyeballs out.
