Had planned this so a little nervous, but winning times around 60mins close to ewt for all 3 courses so ok.
Walked back down track with Rona & Maja.

First ride of the year - roads full of mud from tractors - hills still hard - no pain in feet.

Dave think right foot is more likely to be Posterior Tibialis (tight calf) rather than Plantar Faciatis. Whichever it was still painful when he put his thumbs into the bottom of my foot.
