Walked up track 1.5km - 25mins into Glen Nant to work on Start for Long race. Had planned this so a little nervous, but winning times around 60mins close to ewt for all 3 courses so ok. Walked back down track with Rona & Maja.

Gleaston loop - Birkrigg, Scales, Gleaston, Dendron, Dalton, Urswick. First ride of the year - roads full of mud from tractors - hills still hard - no pain in feet.

Dave Jackson massage. Dave think right foot is more likely to be Posterior Tibialis (tight calf) rather than Plantar Faciatis. Whichever it was still painful when he put his thumbs into the bottom of my foot.
