Ummm, so after rushing to the gym for early spin class, I discovered that it's daylight savings time. What to do for an hour?? Swim.
Decided to swim straight until I ran out of time and had to get changed for spinning. Switched-up stroke every 50 for mental & physical variety.

Easyish spin class cuz I'm just getting back into indoor biking. Instructor also played bad music and forgot her microphone so she yelled at us in a shrill voice. Almost walked out early but decided to push through adversity (such that it was).

Worked late on Friday so it would be dark for this and I could test the new Magicshine light. Just awesome; dim mode perfect for trail run and bright mode lit up the woods enough for seeing the surrounding terrain and to make good micro-route choices. The light is quite small and the battery is heavy (~5 D batteries) but not burdensome.
The woods were open like last Sunday and this was good practice with the subtle contours. Plan to do more of this.
