15 min warm up really slow and easy 9:50 pace
4x2 min intervals with 2 min jogging/walking recoveries between each one

each 2 min were about 6 min-620 pace.

10 min cool down easy 9:30 pace.

nice medium effort on the VA creeper trail feel like I'm pretty much ( almost) recovered from highlands sky. My HR will jump up some during runs, but I'm sleeping okay. and I feel a couple more days I'll feel totally recovered.
