set out to do 6, ended up doing 5 and a half. Started on the Rail path but encountered what can only be called a lake half way through the run so relocated to HP for the other intervals.

Steady pace but HR was too high, bit of a fail on this workout, should have dialled it back a little bit. Conditions most likely made this a harder effort. First hard run since tapering so not all bad.
