Sulphur Springs 100 miler
Somehow I managed to finish despite being destroyed by heat , nausea and puking at 50 miles. Sickest I have ever been in a race.

Big thanks to Kim for crewing me, JD Begin and Chris Henderson for the amazing job pacing and Charlotte Vasarhelyi for all her help when I was so sick.

There is no way I finish without all the help that I got on this one.

Seaton 52k Trail race.

Started out at 50k pace but legs were still dead from TO marathon. At 8km decided to slow it down and enjoy the run at a relaxed pace. Still ended up being very tough. I was almost 1 hour slower then 2 years ago. No official results yet. Unofficially 6:52:51 and I think around 14th place out of 40+ runners.

Toronto Marathon

Was suppose to be training run but with little running last week due to my HS issue I decide to run race pace for as long as possible. Knew I would slow down later in the race as I didnt do a proper taper and was carrying last weeks 50k race on the legs.

First half was great right on pace, HR was right on.
Second half was a huge implosion as the tired legs caught up with me. Just finished it off as well as possible. Still a PB.

Legs sore but hope to get some normal training in before the 52k next weekend at seaton.
