easy run, spadina route. Legs still recovering. Cold -21 and windy (28kph). Last 4k back straight into the wind.

Very strange run.
First 10k was a tempo at 430-440k pace (5k + warm up and cool down).
Then took my RR clinic out for their tempo run. Ran at a slower pace. Legs were cement by middle of the run. Still recovering from the marathon.

Oh ya .. crappy weather -21 and winds up to 44km
