Seaton 52k Trail race.

Started out at 50k pace but legs were still dead from TO marathon. At 8km decided to slow it down and enjoy the run at a relaxed pace. Still ended up being very tough. I was almost 1 hour slower then 2 years ago. No official results yet. Unofficially 6:52:51 and I think around 14th place out of 40+ runners.
