shut down my run after 10k. Hip flexor issue. Going to have to take the down time now to deal with this thing. Bummer

SHUT down the work out in the middle of the second 2k set. Hip that I strained at robbie burns started to hurt. Think its just a strain but didnt want to take a chance.
