paced Kim and a few RR clinic runners at Around the Bay. No pain or hip problem at all. Could have dropped at any of the relay points but didnt have to. Slow pace for me but didnt care, just having some fun. Kim ran great.

slow and easy. No pain this AM from yesterdays run, small amount of discomfort during todays run but nothing even close to serious. Very windy today and legs seemed confused at having to run. Run was not smooth at all, very clunky still great to run 2 days in a row.
