I have sore throat, but I'm still able to work. This is quite tragicomic: now I would have time to train, but my body says "NO!". Weekend's diet will include huge amounts of C-vitamin and zinc.

5. Cable rope overhead triceps extension 22,5kg : 6 + 20kg : 8
6. Barbell biceps curl 25kg : 10, 8, 7
7. Scott bench biceps curl 22,5kg : 10, 6, 5
8. Barbell wrist curl 22,5kg : 8, 8, 6

The previous B-training was on 2. November. About a month ago !! Unbelievable.
