OUTDOOR RUNNING!!!! A beautiful day at 6C and a strong 24kmh wind from the west. I ran along the waterfront trail in Belleville with a 2lb pack to start getting used to running with weight on my back. Everything felt great, an awesome mid Feb run!!

Got to work late and had to fit in a 25 min workout. A quick 5k run did the trick. The weather looks good for starting some outdoor running again!!! I look forward to getting off the treadmill a bit.

work treadmill, manual setting. 10.2 for 15 min, then 11. Feel good, now that this second cold is gone.

Elbow is feeling better after a few days off.
