Ran to work and did ints in the way on my usual Bruce ridge/O'Connor ridge circuit. Did a broken 5km (2km, (2' jog), 2x1km (1'), 500m (1'), 2 x 200m (1'), 100m). Ran hard and enjoyed the lovely morning. Tendon pretty good, just an 'awareness' of it but glute a bit spasm-y.
