Run with Shannon and Al in the morning. Very nice run around the usual loop.

Total riding time today (Home to work, work to stromlo, skills training at stromlo then rode home). Skills was fun but tricky!

Long run in the morning with Al and Kathie. Was still hot and humid when we left but then it started raining so ran for about an hour in pouring rain it was awesome! I loved it. Felt bit weary after yesterday but managed to keep on, we ran around bottom of black mtn to push bike hill, then onto little single track around towards botanic gardens, over to Bruce ridge then home via gossan and back of aranda houses.

Andy’s five hills. It was really hot and windy so not that fun, but tried as hard as I could. Pushed hard up hills and recovery down. Timed hills for future reference: 1. 3:18, 2. 4:05, 3. 2:28, 4. 6:34, 5. 0:56.

Really fun mountain bike ride at Bruce ridge. Practiced riding up logs and I did really well on 2 logs that I tried over and over again finally I did it, I was pumped!

Ran to work via bike path and did ints 6x 3’ (1’), 2’njog then 4x 15” (45”). Had felt really tired last night but better today and ran hard, was pleased with effort.

Gym session, including roller and stretching. Found some very sore spots which was good but painful!

Run with Al on the usual loop in reverse. Legs bit sore but felt fine once I got going.

Ride to work then stromlo for mountain bike skills. Total approximately 2 hours. Skills was hard today learning to ride up obstacles, I was hopeless but I loved coming down skyline and luge.

Awesome run with Kathie and Al from corin dam up stockyard spur to top of mt Gingera return. Tough going up but really fun and so beautiful on such a nice day. Really enjoyed it and was happy that didn’t have any niggles - glute was fine, and old saucony shoes felt pretty good. Pretty weary afterwards!

Awesome run. Met Kathie and al and did the usual loop around Aranda/Black mtn, then did loop around lake g on my own. Tried to run hard - average km rate for first loop 5:29/km, and lake g loop 5:14/km for 12.17km. Last few km were tough and I tried really hard. Beautiful morning and I enjoyed it!

Ran to work along bike path around lake. Lovely run to treasury building but felt rubbish, was supposed to do ints but couldn’t barely manage to get out of a shuffle. Bunyan is hurting a bit at the moment too, not sure if it’s these shoes or not.
