Tough interval session with al around aranda/black mtn. Broken 5km: 2,km 1.5km, 1km, 0.5km with 2' walk recovery. Fun but hard! Felt pretty good, although nerve in right glute bit sore afterwards.

Ran home from work in freezing cold wind and rain, not all that nice but wasn't too bad once I got going. Did 10' (2' jog), 5x1' (1' jog) then 10 x 20" (10" walk). The last set was so hard! Right glute was a bit sore by end so need to do some stretches I think.

Another lovely day and had a great ride to Stromlo through the arboretum, a lap round Stromlo single tracks then home. So nice, I loved it. I was a bit tired and wasn't feeling super-motivated but then was so glad I did! Rode at a pretty steady pace and was quite tired by the end!

Absolutely beautiful run on a perfect winters day. Ran along bottom of black mtn next to Rani road, up rollercoaster track, contoured round black mtn and home via underpass and through Aranda. Felt pretty springy in the new shoes! So nice, I just loved it. Endorphin central!

Park run at lake g. Had a very small cold (probably can't even call it a cold, just not 100%) and was hoping to break 24mins so was very surprised and happy to find I'd done just over 22 mins! Happy with that given haven't been able to run much. Best of all, knee felt fine and not sore afterwards (slightly tender to touch I guess but very minor!).

Run to and from park run. Shoes felt worn out and realised when I got home i accidentally wore old shoes! Still probably could do with some new ones :). Beautiful day and really enjoyed it. So nice to go in a race!

Ran from mum and dad's place up to summit of red hill and back via saddle. Felt pretty sluggish and knee a bit funny on the downhill but enjoyed getting out for a run.

Went for a ride out at sparrow hill. Bit cold and rainy but really fun. Rode about 28km of single track which was great fun! Keen to go back in nicer weather.
