Ran to work via Bruce Ridge and did ints on the way. Glute was a bit sore but pushed on anyway! (foolish in hindsight!). Did 12', 6', 3', 1:30, 45", 23" each with 1' rest. Was a very nice run even if a bit sore!

Did my usual Monday walk to work but hamstring tendon bit sore today. So annoying that it seems to have so sore again after it had improved so much!

Went for a ride with Cassie to urriarra crossing and back. It's been ages since I went for a road ride and it was fun! Hamstring tendinopathy feeling bit better today.

My hamstring tendinopathy is really sore today, I am not really sure why but hurt even during night. Started out on an easy run but too sore so abandoned run and walked back home.

Went for swim instead of running but didn't have much time so just did 800m. Nice though.

Ints around the usual loop in Aranda/black mtn with Shannon and Cassie. Did 10x 90" (30") then 4x30" (30"). Hamstring was quite sore today, worse it's been for ages which was really annoying, and felt like I couldn't go quite as hard as I wanted to. Poops.

Ran to work via black mtn and Bruce ridge and did intervals on the way - 5 x {800m (200m), 300m (300m)}. Really tough! Hamstring/glute a bit sore today.

Ints on the ovals with Kathie and Cassie. Did pyramid (1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1 (1' jog after each) then 4 x 30" (30" walk). Felt ok, legs finally not sore and hamstring ok, just a bit sore in the sprints.

Bundy run half marathon (approx!). Awesome but so tough. It was pretty warm and I was wishing I'd brought water with me, but it was fun and scenic and I loved it. First lap was great and I felt good and loved the technical tracks, but was already tired at end of first lap and second was a struggle!! My hamstring hardly hurt which was great but my glute went numb a couple of times which was weird, and it was just quite a long way! So fun though and I won a hydration back pack for coming 3rd in masters.

Barrenjoey drive 5km. Hard but really fun! Was consistent for first 2 laps and just a bit slower for last one (and it's longer) so I was happy with that. Hamstring not too bad but sore afterwards. Nice conditions and a fun race.

Long run with Kathie from home to Weston park via arboretum. I was pretty tired from yesterday and am not very fit for running more than an hour so I was stuffed by the end. Beautiful morning though so very nice.

Ran round lake ginninderra with al and Shannon. We did 5km at tempo pace which was pretty hard - did 22:50 (4:33k pace) so was quite quick for me! Hamstring not too bad and noticeable that my focused effort on doing exercises does seem to help. Enjoyed the run.

Ran to work and did intervals on way around Bruce ridge. Did 6 x 3' (1'), 3', 3x 1' (1'). Tough but quite fun. Hamstring quite sore afterwards.

Note

Saw Cathy today about hamstring and am motivated to do physio exercises every day to repair hamstring tendon.
