Jog around Hawks Nest in the evening - along the beach and the shore of the inlet. Absolutely beautiful although I felt pretty tired after being in the car most of the day. And I saw a koala just walk across the road!

I assume it rains sometime in noosa but it was another spectacular morning for a run with not a cloud in the sky and just beautiful. Ran up to Laguna lookout then through the national park and back along the coastal track. It was great, I loved it! Sad to leave today.

Intervals along flat bike path/footpath in noosaville along the river. Such a lovely morning! Did a pyramid session - 1', 2', 3', 4', 3', 2', 1' (1' jog) then 8 x 30" (30" walk). Felt pretty good and really enjoyed it. Was stuffed by the end!

Another first today - back to back runs! Knee felt fine although glutes are sore after running on sandy tracks and hills! Ran on my favourite tracks in noosa national park.

Monas intervals on the ovals with Al (2x90', 4x60", 4x30", 4x15" with equal rest). Felt a bit weary but it was great! First week of doing 2 hard sessions and knee is holding up well :)))

Ran at lunch and did 4 x 1km (1' jog) on the bike path from ANU and around black mtn peninsula. Really nice to get out on a sunny day and run hard! Enjoyed it.

Met Al and ran a hilly loop up little black mtn (on a really nice little single track I didn't know existed!) and around Arana hill. I massively struggled coming up Aranda hill - felt very unfit and like there just wasn't enough oxygen going round! Hard work! Was very happy to run for 70 mins with no knee pain though :)

Really fun mountain bike ride with Emily at Stromlo. Really enjoyed it but I should probably get round to putting on my new tyre onto the rear wheel, the old one is pretty much bald. That's my excuse for wimping out on some rocks anyway.

Did my weights program (well part of it!) for first time. Gym was a bit busy and I was a bit short of time so had to skip a couple of exercises as machines were busy. Fun though!

Intervals with Al. Ovals were too wet (it was raining!) so we ran on a bike path loop from red bridge to hayden drive instead which was much better. 1 x 12' (2'), 1x4' (1'), 1x 2' (1'), 2 x 1'(1'). Really fun, knee was totally fine today and it was great. So good to run hard!

Swam 20 laps (very happy pool back to the normal 50m!). Was so slow, I actually rounded down slightly in the time! Surely I miscounted and did 22 laps...

Did Body Balance class at the gym for first time. It was good! Seemed quite fun and nice and relaxing too.

Ran home from work over black mtn reserve. My knee was a bit sore today during fair bit of the run so bit anxious about that but I got a new gym program yesterday and I think a couple of the exercises were a bit hard on my knee so hopefully it will be fine in a couple of days! Dark and very slow run.

Mountain bike ride - rode to Stromlo via arboretum, a short lap up stromlo and down that fun track which name escapes me right now, then rode to mum and and dad's place. Windy and cold but very fun on the mountain bike tracks!

Park run!! First race since whenever (march, probably) and it was really fun! Didn't look at my watch - just focussed on technique and running at a good pace. Really enjoyed it and was happy with my time!
