Intervals at athletics track near Montmorency. 8 x 400m with 30" walk recovery. Felt a bit slow but got faster each rep. 1:45', 1:43, 1:40, 1:38, 1:36, 1:37, 1:36, 1:36. Fun to run on a proper track.

Feeling bit better so did park run. Ran hard and didn't feel too bad, just a bit weary from not having eaten much over past couple of days.

Not feeling great (lost appetite!) but thought I'd head out for run and see how I felt. Didn't feel too bad running so did my ints on oval as planned - 4 x {1' (1'), 2' (1'), 30" (1')}. Bit of a struggle but managed it.

Run in morning before work. Did one of my usual fire trail loops in reverse direction (!) and did 4 x 4' (1' walk). Not super fast but tried to go hard. Feel like some stretching would be beneficial! Am a bit tired and weary.

Ran in the evening after massive lunch so didn't feel great! But was very glad to get out for a run. Met Ross and we did a lap of lake g. Nice evening after a hot day.

Park run. Focussed today on staying relaxed, and didn't even look at watch. I felt really good and was able to push the last km hard, and did pretty much same time as usual! Fun and really nice morning for it.

The dreaded black mtn session! On way to work so long warm up. Felt really good and ran hard but was bit slow... Csiro to gate 6:05, gate to saddle 4:39 and saddle to summit 6:01. Not too bad I guess! Quite enjoyed it (sort of!).

Went for a great run at majura/Ainslie. Met grant m and did Ainslie, Hackett hill then majura. Felt really good today and loved it! Such a beautiful morning and felt like I could've run a bit longer!

Ints on the bike path around black mtn peninsula on way home from work. It was quite warm so was hard work. 2.5km (2'30" jog), 1.5km (1"30"), 1 km. last km was really hard! Ran home through aranda bushland on the forest walk trail. Enjoyed it even though was a bit hot.

Really fun mtn bike ride over to federal hwy to join centenary trail, then rode trail through goorooyaroo, mulligans flat and northern section to hall then home along gininderra ck bike path. Hilly in parts and great ride.

Park run. Was a different course today as there was something else on at the lake so ran out along the bike path in opposite direction and back. Nice and flat! Pretty fun and I felt like I ran ok, but was bit slower on way back. Really nice morning

Easy jog around aranda on fire trails to make training for day into a long run. Didn't feel too bad actually, thought legs would be sorer. Enjoyed it

Really tough session - 15 x 70" (20" jog). The rest always felt so short! Was going to run on ovals but changed my mind during warm up as I felt like running in bush, so it ended up being bit hilly! Tough but quite fun. Legs felt ok, last night's stretching helped.
