Did the YMCA half marathon eve 5km from Lennox gardens out and back course on bike path towards yarralumla. Was a bit disappointed with time and was slower on way back even though it was more downhill. It was a nice sunny afternoon but didn't actually enjoy it very much.

Ran to work and did ints on the usual loop. Did 8 x 500m (1'). Glute pretty good and felt ok. Did 5x 1' high knee skips at end.

Met al and did ints on our usual loop. Pyramid (1', 2', 3', 4', 3', 2', 1') then 4x30" (30"). Fun and glute feeling ok. Did 5 x 10 lunge jumps at end.

Nice long run with jo in Melbourne around surrey hills. Glute felt pretty good, I was quite pleased! 5 x 1' skips at end of run.

Ran to work and did tough interval session 5 x (800m (300m jog 300m (200m jog)) around Bruce ridge & O'Connor ridge. Really hard! Did some split lunge jumps at end of run.

Did ints on the usual Aranda/black mtn loop in reverse. Ran with Al for warm up then 15' (2'), 3 x 2' (1'), 4 x 30" (30"). Glute a bit tight/firing but hamstring tendon was good. Didn't feel particularly fast but did enjoy it even though it was pretty cold and dark at the start.

Rode the North centenary trail loop clockwise. Was good to get out for a longer ride and felt quite good. Didn't enjoy the last half hour in the rain though!

Park run! So long since I'd done it and it was fun to do a race (although it was really hard!). Time was ok given how long it's been since I've done it and hamstring held up really well. Glute was a bit funny but tendon was good. Happy with that!

Intervals on the ovals in the frosty cold but beautiful morning. Did 5 x 1km (1' jog). Was pretty slow but I quite enjoyed it. Ended with physio exercises - 5 x 1' high knee skips.

Long run around Black mtn (roller coaster track) and home via centenary trail and bruce ridge. Hamstring was best it's been for ages - only an awareness of it for first hour, and just a little bit sore towards end. Lovely day and enjoyed my run.

Ran to work and did ints on my usual Bruce ridge loop. 10x 90" (30"), 2' jog then 4 x 30" (30"). Hard but fun and pleased with hamstring, I definitely feel like I've turned a corner although I can still feel it. Finished at Lyneham oval and did high knee skips physio exercises. 5x1'
