Ran Aranda loop - behind houses and around bottom of Aranda Hill and back up my favourite single track to top of hill then home down cement path. I tried to go a bit faster than my usual slow pace. Tried out new hand-me-down O shoes from Shannon and they seemed pretty good. Felt pretty good considering I ran up black mtn yesterday!
