3 x 5mins (1 min recovery) around undulating tracks on gossan hill. First one was good but at the end of 2nd one i got a massive stitch and went over on my ankle. My ankle wasn't too bad but my stitch was awful and i could hardly run hard on my last one, so felt a bit slack! now the end of the day, and my ankle is actually a bit swollen and sore... :(
