Running long 1:17:00 [2]

Long run at Majura with the orienteers. I rolled my ankle after about 20 mins and it was really sore, I kept running on it which was probably stupid... Was really sore when I stopped, but was bit better after ice-ing it. I wanted to run for 90 mins but was pretty tired and sore and struggled to do the last 10 mins.

Mountain bike ride with Cathy around Bruce Ridge. Was really fun to get back out on the bike!

Running intervals 35:00 [5]

6 x 2mins, 1 min rest. Ran undulating loop around Gossan Hill. Really concentrated on holding my stomach muscles running down the hill as that is when i get a stitch, and it worked! My stomach muscles are feeling very weak and a bit sore, i think i need to do some sit-ups or something...
Anyway, felt better running today.

Went for run around Aranda Hill. Still felt a bit sluggish but definately felt better for having gone out for a run.

10 x 70sec, 20 sec rest. Ran round Aranda ovals. Haven't been feeling well this week with a sore stomach, so felt a bit flat but it was good to get out for a run.
