Running long 1:15:00 [3]

Ran at Blue Mtns (actually, the run included lots of walking up and down steps with running in the middle). Was such a nice run, really pretty and scenic. Felt pretty good!

Ran around Aranda Hill. Definately on the improve glute-wise!

Cycling 50:00 [3]

Rode to work and then to orienteering. Tried to ride with high cadence.

Ran around Parly house at lunchtime. Glute was not too bad - could feel it, but definately less sore than it has been.

Just an easy run to test glute. It was a bit sore, think I did right thing yesterday by not running.
