Really good session - 8 x 400m on a proper athletics track at montmorency. Was great fun! Tried to push it really hard. Did a 400m every 2'30''. Times were (from memory!) 1:40, 1:38, 1:36, 1:38, ?, 1:39, 1:38, 1:39 something like that anyway... Felt strong and enjoyed the run.
