Long run up Black mtn and around reserve. Was a beautiful day and a nice run, but I was pretty slow (just running solo today).

Really nice run around Lake Daylesford. Wasn't running too hard, just a very nice run especially since I almost didn't head out (slack!)

Running intervals 40:00 [5]

Did a pyramid (1', 2', 3', 3', 2', 1') with 1' jog in between. Was supposed to follow with 4 x 15sec but I didn't see that bit of the training session due to the way i'd folded the paper with it written on! oops. Anyway, didn't feel all that great today so probably not so bad.

Running intervals 45:00 [5]

Really good session - 8 x 400m on a proper athletics track at montmorency. Was great fun! Tried to push it really hard. Did a 400m every 2'30''. Times were (from memory!) 1:40, 1:38, 1:36, 1:38, ?, 1:39, 1:38, 1:39 something like that anyway... Felt strong and enjoyed the run.
